It measures approx 4" high and is in super condition. Popeye is part tin and part celluloid and as you can see in the pictures, the graphics are terrific. The box is very good condition with some minor tearing on one side and some slight damage to the ends from being opened and closed over the years. Again, look at the pictures to se just how nicely it displays. On the ends of the box, it says @ King Features Syndicate. It does work when wound up although not as well as it should - it only moves forward a little bit BUT when you pick it up, the wheels spin freely and the bell rings. However, I am not going to try and do anything to make it move better - I will leave that to you.
